How long does my order take to ship?

Since I make these items by hand, I take great care in packaging them so they arrive safely.

• Ready-to-ship items: These usually ship within 1–3 business days.

• Custom or Personalized orders: Because I make these especially for you, please allow 3–7 business days for me to create them before shipping.

I ship everything via PostNL from The Netherlands. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way!

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes, I ship to most countries within Europe.

• Delivery times: Packages within Europe usually arrive within 1 -2 weeks.

Please note: At this moment, I do not offer shipping to the United States. If you are located outside of Europe and are unsure if I ship to you, please feel free to contact me before placing an order.

What is your return policy? 

If you change your mind, I accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

• Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

• Exceptions: I cannot accept returns on personalized items unless they arrived damaged.
